Tagsonic Engineering Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2014 by a team of experienced entrepreneurs in the automation engineering part industry. The team has been involved in technical and operational at tooling part aspects for 10 to 20 years. We understand that the tooling part of automation is crucial to what the parts will come out to be. Much of our efforts therefore geared towards quality and precision of our machine.

Tagsonic Engineering provides solutions from start to development, and production solutions in related manufacturing technologies. We are sensitive to our customers need not only in design but to keep up with cost efficiency as well.

Description of Quality Management System

Tagsonic adopts ISO 9001 Quality Management System as a strategic decision that can help to improve its overall performance and provide a sound basis for sustainable development initiative.
Tagsonic has established, documented, implemented and maintained a Quality Management System (QMS) and continually improves its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of International Standards ISO 9001.
Tagsonic applies the Process Approach which incorporates the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and risk-based thinking as per the Quality Management Principles. Key Processes and their inter-relationships have been identified and depicted in the form of Core Process Flowchart and Process Control Plan.
